We are looking for a service-oriented, client-centric, tech-savvy and highly responsible person to co-manage our boutique guesthouse as well as our growing portfolio of managed properties throughout Camps Bay.
You will be joining a small team of very motivated people, striving to improve on a daily basis and make our guests’ experience the best ever.

- Passionate about digital marketing and expertise in social media tools
**Professional skills required**:
- Previous hospitality experience preferable, but experience in an administrative / marketing / customer services environment will be recognised as well.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in leading a team and/or project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Sound knowledge of Cape Town and South Africa, understanding travel logistics and ability to create tailored itineraries
**Main duties & responsibilities include**:
- Support in planning and implementing the overall Company’s sales and marketing strategy
- Handling operations, maintenance and administration of properties across portfolio
- Maintaining property standards via planning, coordinating and supervising maintenance, refurbishing and repair works including quality control
- Manage full staff team and arranging staffing schedules to ensure all standards and operating procedures are consistently met
- Attend to reservation inquires promptly and maintain live calendars and booking schedule very accurately, handle review procedures and all communication with guests
- Processing of booking payments, monitor and manage outstanding payments, accounts, refunds and credits
- All check-in and check-out procedures
- Operating Concierge Service (on 5star level) for guests on request and communicate with customers as required
- Be on call 24/7 for guest house and guest needs as per your shift
- Collaborate with all external parties such as customers, suppliers, travel agencies, OTAs, vendors, etc.
- Analyze customer feedback and online reviews, suggest ways to improve ratings and drive guest satisfaction
- Optimizing performance on booking and advertising platforms to maximize room revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue targets
- Manage all social media channels on strategic as well as implementation level
- Support in maintaining and updating the Company websites and platforms
- Constant improving of internal systems (e.g. PMS) and procedures to continuously enhance efficiency and productivity in all key areas across the portfolio
