**Details of what we looking for**:
We are seeking an experienced appointment setter/cold caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and setting up appointments for our list of clients. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
We preferably looking for a female mid 30's that can work at home that has experience cold calling, we are not looking for call center staff.

**Responsibilities**:
Contact potential customers through warm calling and sometimes cold calling lists
Utilise scripts to introduce products and services to potential customers
Make sure appointments are strictly booked as per clients availability
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an appointment setter/cold caller
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers
Knowledge of sales processes
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Must have good reliable internet at home.

**What we offering**:
Contractor-based position. Half day and fully remote.

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 08:30-13:00om
Base of R5,500. Commission if targets are hit monthly.
