Our mission is to help Pilates studios grow faster and operate smarter by eliminating missed calls, reducing empty slots, and improving client retention through intelligent automation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller (remote position). The Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential US clients, introducing Astro Intelligence services, and scheduling appointments. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up with leads, maintaining an updated database, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure targets are met. The individual will also participate in training sessions to refine call strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and maintaining an updated database
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in the City of Cape Town
  • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be advantageous
