About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter with proven cold calling skills to join our team. Responsibilities Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce client's services. Develop a comprehensive understanding of client's services to effectively communicate their features and benefits. Secure appointments between potential clients and client's sales representatives or account executives. Maintain accurate and detailed records of communications and appointments in CRM system. Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments, address concerns, and ensure ongoing communication. Meet or exceed set targets for the number of appointments scheduled and qualified leads generated. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential clients and convey information effectively. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies for lead generation and conversion. Qualifications Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role. Strong cold calling skills and experience in outbound sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently. Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
