Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments for sales representatives, and handling follow-up communications to ensure engagement. The individual will also research potential leads, maintain accurate records of calls, and collaborate with the sales team to support initiatives. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills to meet calling and appointment-setting targets effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication skills, including phone etiquette, active listening, and clear verbal communication
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting
  • Research skills to gather and analyze information on potential leads effectively
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills for managing call records and schedules
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is an advantage
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets
