Position Description:
**The Procurement Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in TFG’s Non-Merchandise Procurement Function. This role together with the team, enable specific Procurement activities within the Procure to Pay Process that support the internal stakeholders and suppliers.**
- Leading, managing andsupporting the operations team to ensure delivery of an exceptional supplier and internal stakeholder experience
- Functional support to the business users throughout the procurement cycle (**including Coupa system, requisitioning process and general user support)**:
- **
Administrative onboarding of new suppliers, supplier information management & general supplier user support**
- Developing and implementing best practice supplier governance, risk and performance management processes and procedures
- Creating and managing supplier catalogues, webforms and technical contracts
- Driving continuous improvement of the service management catalogue and Coupa user experience
- Enhancing reporting, particularly in relation to supplier and internal stakeholder support
- Aligning compliance and governance processes with strategic sourcing team objectives, ensuring the appropriate maintenance of catalogues and contracts
- Managing relationships & aligning service delivery processes and SLA’s across other areas impacting the Procure to Pay Process, e.g. System Administration, Finance and IT
- 5 years+ experience in a related field, preferably with in-depth knowledge and execution experience in procurement management & associated risks and/or processes
- 5 years+ elevant operations leadership experience
- Experience in leading a specialist team focused on Procurement Governance and Operational Excellence gained in an established Procurement (Non-Merchandise) function preferable
Strong project management and organisation skills (build, manage & foster a team-oriented environment)
- The ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-growth and high change environment (Resilience)
- A solutions focused approach led by critical thinking and high problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. A recognised degree or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Business / Finance together with professional registration would be an advantage
- Membership of relevant professional body, including accreditation, desirable
