**The opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity is available within the Non-Merchandise Procurement function of TFG. We are looking for a service orientated, highly motivated individual to be part of the operations team supporting TFG internal users as well as external suppliers.

In Non-Merchandise Procurement processes, Support Consultants play a key role in providing a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting and resolving internal User & Supplier queries related to procurement activities
- Supporting and administering the onboarding of new suppliers into the Coupa system
- Requesting & maintaining Supplier and Catalogue information, ensuring it meets the required compliance standards
- Ensuring effective service delivery within agreed service level requirements

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 3 years admin experience in a finance or systems environment
- Customer Centric with high delivery approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident dealing with Suppliers & Internal stakeholders
- Good communication skills, written and oral ability, enjoys engaging with people
- Is detail
- orientated
- Is organised, thorough and systematic
- Is a fast learner
- Is computer literate (comfortable working with systems, OfficeMS word advantageous)
- Is able to work under pressure
