A challenging opportunity is available within the Non-Merchandise Procurement function of TFG. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to develop our reporting and analytics service which supports the procurement strategic objectives and KPI’s. This exciting opportunity will provide exposure to the procurement executive leadership, strategic sourcing, and operations teams as well as the business end users.

The Procurement Analytics Specialist is responsible for extracting, structuring, and analysing data, providing insights, setting up and maintaining reports and dashboards on the procurement system that support the strategic objectives of the Non-Merchandise Procurement function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up reporting and dashboard structures for strategic and operational KPI’s
- Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards
- Automate & simplify processes for reporting, measuring, and tracking metrics
- Tracking and monitoring of core KPI’s & SLA’s
- Provide insight and recommendations to improve performance and achievement of the objectives & KPI’s
- Business-case tracking, forecasting, and updating with benefits sign-off
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Suggest changes in existing processes and metrics measures to increase efficiency & effectiveness
- Engage with stakeholders to increase data driven decision making
- Effectively manage the relationship with end users in relation to procurement reporting and analytics
- Respond to requests, interpret, and evaluate the need and best approach to deliver value adding reports
- Attending and scheduling requests, evaluating the quality of the responses, and owning the final deliverables, ensuring these are accurate and on-time
- Drive 100% accuracy in the entire process
- Leadership and development of the Jnr Analyst

**Requirements**:

- Recognised degree or equivalent in Commerce, Business. Data Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar data/ insights research analyst role
- Experience within the Retail Industry will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and numeric ability
