Expat Explore is a tour operator conducting coach tours around the world.
We are looking for travel professionals to join our product team.
The primary role of the product coordinator is to make sure that our products are implemented efficiently and correctly through the companies departments and processes. This will include creation of documentation and reports used by various teams, presentations, training and tour briefs with tour leaders.
The role also involves research projects into market trends, consumer desires, competitor analysis and business opportunities. Assisting the Product Development team in research and development of new tour experiences.
Main responsibilities
Documentation of our Products, in forms of databases, spreadsheets, google docs, tour manuals, info sheets, presentations and other material designer to hand-over information to others.
Delivering training, on-boarding and presentations. Making sure the desired message is fully understood and that the people you are training can effectively use that information to complete their work.
Assist in several processes to help coordinate our tours, develop our products and sell our seats
Conduct research into our products and potential products. Competitor analysis to see what other tour operators are doing and potentially conducting research with our customers to identify areas to improve.
Assist in the Expatification of our products in every company touchpoint
Assist the product development team in researching and developing new tours and tour experiences and improvements to existing products.
Collaborating in the gathering and processing of data relating to product performance and demonstrating skills in interpreting the data to makes suggestions on how we can improve.
Potentially communication with existing and potential suppliers and previous customers will be required
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5

**REQUIREMENTS**:
We are looking for someone with the below personal and professional competencies:
Strong communication skills - presentation skills and the ability to conduct training sessions
Fast learner who can understand hundred of product components and how they work together
Efficient and effective project management skills to manager large volumes of tasks from start to finish
Self starter who can manage their own time and diary
Strong skill set in internal team building and interpersonal skills
Have a great eye for detail and for picking up on other people’s mistakes
Ability to work to strict deadlines and delivery high quality results
Administration skills, supporting the Product Manager and various processes with any tasks given
Strong understanding of Google suite and other software, and the drive to learn new skills
