**JOB SUMMARY**:

CipherWave, being a leading Internet Service Provider is looking to hire a Channel Sales Administrator to provide support and assistance to the Channel Account Managers.
- Responsibilities and duties:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks within the Channel Team
- Generating Opportunities and Quotations
- Following up on open Opportunities
- Assistance with account plan management
- Responsible for actively tracking customer in/out of contract services
- Assistance with Renewals
- Responsible for accurate reporting on Sales Numbers within the Channel Team
- Responsible for accurate reporting on Cancellations within the Channel Team
- Desired skills & experience- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management and personal organizational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required within the technology industry
