Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: The Office Administrator is responsible for managing office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities. They will ensure that the office is clean and organized and that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and functioning properly.

Record Keeping: The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining records, including employee files, financial records, and other important documents. They will ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date and that they are stored securely.

Event Planning: The Office Administrator may be responsible for organizing events, such as company meetings, conferences, and team-building activities. They will coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and travel arrangements.

Financial Management: The Office Administrator may be responsible for managing office finances, such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and reconciling bank statements. They will work closely with the finance team to ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant post-secondary education preferred.

2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial management principles.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
