A specialist confectionery business in Pretoria requires a capable admin to perform various administration, reconciliation and monitoring roles of our business processes
- Must have at least 3 years experience in office administration
- Strong administration capabilities and high level of responsibility
- Excellent MS Office and PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Good communicator both verbally written
- Ability to pay attention to detail and be accurate and diligent with their deliverables
- Must have valid ID and clear criminal record, driver’s license is a plus
- Matric is a requirement as well as some post Matric qualification on administration and PC Office skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Captures and scans incoming supplier invoices and prepares them to be send to our accounting officer
- Reconciles Invoices, Goods Received and Goods returned from all branches
- Verifies and reconciles physical and system stock figures from branches and performs stock adjustments in the POS system
- Reviews and checks Branch Cashup Sheets and maintains shorts and overs
- Administers simple HR forms and maintains registers of absent staff, overtime worked and other staff information
- Will be taught the company's POS system and must be able to resolve problems by logging in remotely into the branch system
- Helps with the ordering and receiving of supplier goods
**Experience**:
- At least three years’ experience in the field of office administration
- At least three years’ experience in MS Excel and PC
