**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
Provide leadership and direction, driving the regional AE’s while maintaining, identifying & implementing a sales
growth strategy, and driving opportunities.
**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Achieve and exceed the National Sales Budget
- Ensure that all revenue areas are serviced and managed effectively
- Builds and maintains an effective sales team by providing training and mentorship
- Provide accurate and up to date reports to management
- Resolves high level account maintenance/conflict issues
- Improve the management of WIP to ensure jobs are closed and invoiced timeously
- Effective management of all debtors for the region
**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3-5 years’ experience within a similar environment
- Proven track record of effective management of sales team, meeting and increasing sales budgets
- Knowledge of printing processes will be advantageous
- Advanced computer skills
