We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven **Regional Sales Manager** to drive sales growth across the region. You’ll be responsible for developing annual plans to acquire new customers, retain key accounts, and grow existing business across technical markets, specialist distributors, and sub-contractors. This includes leading, coaching, and deploying the sales team effectively to achieve or exceed regional targets and profitability goals.

**Responsibilities**
- **Develop and execute regional sales strategy**, informed by market analysis, budgeting, and demand forecasting.
- **Lead and develop a high-performing sales team**, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.
- **Manage key customer relationships** and promote product/system specifications aligned to client needs.
- **Collaborate cross-functionally** with internal teams, distributors, and contractors on regional and national projects.
- **Leverage market intelligence and competitor insights** to identify opportunities and refine the regional value proposition.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation, capability building, and succession planning within your team.
- Uphold safety standards, compliance, and ethical conduct in all sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- BCom/BSc in Construction, Business or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a **construction**:

- At least 3 years in a **sales management**:

- Strong skills with MS Office, SAP, QlikView and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and grow external networks and drive collaborative initiatives.
