**Role summary**

The Red Fox, an up-and-coming participant in the sports betting industry, provides bespoke marketing and operational support to two exciting brands, one mature and another emerging. As we strive to deepen our footprint, we're keen on extending our team with proficient talents. Currently, we are in search of a seasoned Retention Marketer to steer our customer retention efforts and help us build lasting relationships with our players.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Retention Marketer or similar role within the sports betting or casino industry.
- Strong interest in sports and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and effective marketing copy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategies and measure campaign performance.
- Experience with customer segmentation, campaign management, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Segment the customer base and design tailored marketing campaigns for each stage of the customer lifecycle (New, Active, Churned, Dormant, etc.).
- Manage the VIP player segment by creating and delivering tailored, exclusive bonuses and promotions.
- Devise targeted bonuses and promotions aimed at enhancing player activity and boosting lifetime value (LTV).
- Analyse the performance of retention marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
- Provide detailed reports on customer base performance, sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.
- Write compelling and effective copy for marketing campaigns, with a keen eye on brand voice consistency.
