About the Accounts Executive position Western Cape

We’re looking for a female, results-driven Account Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects within the Waterproofing and Painting industries. Applicant will be required to open new doors, network, and grow the existing client base in order to ensure growth and profitability for the Company. Training will be provided both online and in person.

Requirements are:

- A professional and presentable individual with a go getter attitude.
- Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak).
- Previous sales or service industry experience essential.
- Excellent communication skills, formal, informal, verbal and written.
- Reliable work ethic, individually and as part of a team.
- Should be flexible to travel as required, to do customer visits
- Ability to confidently network and cold call, to secure existing and new clients
- Self-motivated and objective in order to reach targets.
- Good software knowledge (MS Office suite) and experience. Experience with software like Salesforce, Salescloud or similar CRM Software would be beneficial. Additional training can be provided to ensure that workflow is optimal.
- **Own vehicle is non negotiable (Travel allowance provided by Company) there is only a remote office currently in WC.**

Responsibilities are:

- Networking and opening new doors to grow the existing client base.
- Providing accurate information about products and services to clients.
- Have effective sales closing strategies.
- Handling customers’ needs in an efficient and timely manner
- Promotion of new products and services.
- Effectively handling customer’s queries or complaints.
- Working well with team members and other departments.
