CRM Campaign Manager

Surgo has partnered with a fast growing Global Insurtech Business that provides innovative insurance solutions to our partners in five countries (USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa) so they are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join their team in Stellenbosch.
Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
Own the CRM planning and implementation process, liaising with Tech, Creative, Sales and all relevant internal channels to ensure CRM is fully aligned with the business and vice versa
Develop a deep nurturing flow for sophisticated B2B & B2C customer segmentation
Maintain all the CRM systems and databases required to deliver a coherent strategy
Collaborate with our Content Strategist and Designers to deliver required assets
Measure, analyse and report on results to drive actionable insights
You will own the funnel - from start to finish
Brief engineering teams on work needed to maintain and develop CRM infrastructure
Key Outputs
**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
Develop strategy to manage interactions with customers and potential customers
Streamline processes
Build customer relationships
Increase sales
Improve customer service
Increase profitability
**Campaigns**:
Base segmentation and opportunity analysis
Customer journey communication
Base up-sell and cross-sell campaigns
Customer retention campaigns
Base surveys and operational notices
Campaign reporting and continuous innovation
**Reporting**:
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual campaign performance reporting
ROI reporting
Trends analysis and insights reporting
Required Competencies & Skills
Analytical skills; ability to interpret data and insight to drive improvement
Creative thinker, with meticulous attention to detail
Thorough understanding of advanced data segmentation and marketing automation
A self-starting attitude—ready to seize opportunities to make an impact without needing to be told
Strong commitment to collaboration and ideation; ability to work with a variety of teams to bring campaign elements to life
Ability to analyse and interpret metrics and translate them into strategic decisions
**Requirements**:
+8 Years’ experience in a B2B & B2C CRM / MarComms role
Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field preferred
Experience with Hubspot
UX background is a plus
Experience in campaign reporting and analysis
Experience using liquid or other template languages
Experience building triggered/lifecycle campaigns
Experience creating personalised marketing campaigns
**Salary**: Market Related
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday
