Campaigner/support Officer

**Key areas of Responsibility**:
Contacting existing Merchants who are not actively engaging or non-active and not transacting
Rendering support to existing and active Merchants, when requesting assistance with device or sales/market related queries
Setting up meetings and demonstrations with these Merchants in order to understand their needs; giving them guidance and training
Implement action strategy to activate devices and increase transaction volumes
Fluency in demonstrating the devices and related software
Sourcing sales opportunities through cold calls and door-to-door field calls
Conduct needs analysis to offer a complete payment solution
Clearly explain the advantages and benefits of using the device and software solutions
Process daily admin workflow/calls/support/orders/quotes on CRM platform
Collection and delivery of devices to merchants
Ensure merchants are properly onboarded
Assist merchants with additional software on the devices as appropriate
Train merchants to use the device to take payments and sell VAS
Regularly follow up on merchants to ensure traction and usage of the POS device
Ensure client satisfaction and promptly escalate critical problems to management
Communicate important feedback from merchants internally
Relationship building
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required to the service market
**Requirements**:
General business experience/acumen
A proven sales track record
Strong networking skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent presentation / negotiating skills
Grade 12 or higher level of education
Basic computer, android and web skills
