**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor live feeds and alerts through the iSafe Control Dashboard and CCTV systems.
- Respond to panic alerts triggered via the iSafe app or power-button multi-press emergency function.
- Dispatch the nearest on-duty security officers or response teams through the in-app dispatch system.
- Maintain two-way communication with users and officers (chat and voice).
- Monitor low-power alerts from officer devices and notify field supervisors.
- Log all incidents, calls, and dispatch activities accurately.
- Escalate high-priority cases to shift supervisors, or emergency services when necessary.
- Participate in daily shift handovers and system updates.
- Ensure control room equipment and software are fully operational.

**Minimum Requirements**
- **Skills**:_
- Computer literacy (basic dashboard systems, CCTV monitoring, mapping).
- Fluent in English and at least one local language.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability.
- Calm under pressure, reliable, and able to make sound decisions quickly.
- **Other**:_
- Must be willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts (day/night, weekends, public holidays).

**Experience**

Minimum 3 years in a control room [call centre, or security operations environment]

Windows 11 Pro: MS Word ǀ Keyboarding ǀ MS Excel ǀ MS PowerPoint

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 Matric Certificate
- Certificate of OEM Security Operations or Call Centre Certificate
- PSIRA certification (Grade C or higher)
