**Full Job Description** **looking for a qualified and experiened Control Room Operator.** **Requirements**: 3-5 years experience in Control Room environment Registered with PSIRA - (Non-Negotiable) Grade 12/Equivalent Senior Certificate Experience in Alarm Monitoring Systems - Advantageous Computer Literate Excellent Written,, Verbal and Communication Skills Excellent telephone etiquette Professional demeanour, well mannered,with a " Can and Will Do" attitude Ability to work shifts (Day and Night) Desired Skills Hard working Valid PSIRA (Grade B) Computer literate Security Management Verbal and Written Communication Ability to make and receive telephone calls Ability to work and complete tasks under pressure Strong interpersonal skills Fast Worker Ability to multi-task Report writing skills Excellent telephone etiquette Desired Experience 3 to 5 Security Industry mainly control room Desired Qualification Level.
