Position Overview

TTP Technologies is seeking experienced Shift Supervisors to oversee daily operations of the iSafe Control Room. The role involves managing control room operators, coordinating emergency response efforts, maintaining reporting standards, monthly report drafts, meeting engagements and ensuring overall operational discipline throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and guide Control Room Operators during active shifts.

· Ensure all panic alerts, calls, and incidents are handled promptly and accurately.

· Oversee use of the iSafe Control Dashboard and other monitoring tools.

· Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely response and accurate reporting.

· Conduct shift briefings and debriefings for smooth handovers.

· Review and validate incident logs and reports before submission.

· Escalate critical situations to management or emergency services when necessary.

· Maintain operational readiness and control room discipline at all times.

· Train, coach, and support new operators on system procedures.

· Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency under pressure.

Minimum Requirements

· Proven experience in a control room or security environment (at least 4 years).

· Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in security, response, or dispatch operations.

· Sound knowledge of CCTV systems, digital dispatch platforms, GPS tracking, and communication tools.

· Excellent coordination, communication, and decision-making skills.

· High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.

· Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· PSIRA Grade B or higher preferred.

· Valid driver's licence will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

· Grade 12 Matric Certificate

· Diploma in Project Management or Superviser Certification

· Valid PSIRA certificate (Grade B)
