Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and reliable **Office Coordinator** to join our team.
**Daily Duties will Include**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Taking detailed minutes for internal meetings
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support office operations
- Perform general administrative duties and basic errands for EXCO Management
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Assist with organizing company events and celebrations
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Matric Certificate or Higher Qualification
- Valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle
- Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
**Salary**: From R20,000.00 per month
