MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Diploma in Secretarial Studies Minimum 5 years experience in PA and office administration within a corporate environment High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Zulu or Xhosa language skills will be an added advantage (but not limited to) Valid driver's license and own car. Clean criminal history KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor industry growth and market trends to support executive decision-making and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Coordinate outreach efforts by assisting with event planning, managing digital communications, and maintaining referral and contact databases. Support lead generation and client engagement processes by organising meetings, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining CRM systems. Act as a strategic liaison between management and operational teams , contributing insights on market positioning, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies. Diary management , email handling, filing, statutory and secretarial work, meeting coordination and minute-taking. Office management : oversee receptionist and cleaner, maintain a functional and positive office culture. Travel coordination and company event planning (e.g. conferences, annual Christmas party). Manage company fuel cards, budgets, CRM system, and employee/contract lists. Note: In order to be successful you will be required to pass an online assessment and background verification checks.
