This position will be based at our Thompsons Africa offices in de Waterkant, Cape Town.

As a Senior Inbound Reservations Consultant, you will be responsible for planning and designing luxury travel experiences, as well as managing and processing complex itineraries. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire process, from the initial quote to finalization, invoicing, and travel documentation. Your goal is to proactively manage your bookings, ensuring our customers' success and making every guest's journey truly remarkable

**Requirements**:
**Qualification**:

- Grade 12 is essential
- A related tertiary qualification in Travel and Tourism will be highly preferred

**Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years of related experience within an Inbound DMC
- Experienced in servicing luxury travel
- Experience in servicing North American-based customers will be highly preferred.
- Well-versed in working with Reservations systems

**Knowledge**:

- In-depth knowledge of travel products, destinations, and logistics in Southern and South Africa.
