Our head office is based in Cape Town, South Africa, and we specialise in marketing and reservations for some of Africa's Hidden Secrets.

We are expanding and looking for a Junior Reservations Consultant to Join our dynamic team in Cape Town and contribute to our Kruger Portfolio. The Reservations Consultant will offer support to agencies across the Globe who use Sun Destinations as their preferred supplier for their safari's

Your key job responsibilities as the **Junior Reservations Consultant **will include, but are not limited to, the following:
❖ Analyse agents' booking requirements and assist in the selection of suitable accommodations within the Sun Destinations Kruger Portfolio.

❖ Manage the switchboard efficiently.

❖ Assist agents with booking requests, input reservations into our system, and handle amendments and updates.

❖ Provide comprehensive information to clients regarding travel arrangements, accommodation options, and transfer details.

Requirements for this position are as follows:
❖ Matric, further studies would be advantageous

❖ Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.

❖ Familiarity with reservation and booking systems would be advantageous

❖ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

❖ Proactive problem-solving skills.

❖ At least 1+ years’ of relevant work experience within the Tourism Industry

❖ Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

❖ Computer literacy - Word, Excel, & Outlook

NB - This is a Cape Town based position, only applicants who reside in Cape Town will be considered.
