The Senior Inbound Tour Consultant plays a crucial role in designing and managing bespoke travel itineraries that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our customers. This position demands creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Consult with customers to understand their travel requirements and preferences Design and plan tailor‑made itineraries that provide exceptional and memorable experiences Handle all aspects of tour operations, including booking accommodations, transport, and activities Manage and coordinate the logistics of group bookings and FIT arrangements Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and during the tour Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners Resolve any issues or changes that arise during the tour in a timely and efficient manner Requirements Grade 12 qualification. A qualification in Tourism will be highly advantageous Minimum 8 years' experience as an Inbound Tour Consultant Strong geographical and travel product knowledge across Southern and Eastern Africa An all‑rounder who is well‑versed in designing and operating bespoke itineraries for both group and individual travellers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first approach A friendly, energetic, and driven team player with a positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
