- Manage daily / weekly / monthly vehicle mileage and fuel spreadsheets
- Manage Personnel Files (45+ members)
- Manage Personnel Spreadsheet
- Manage Personnel Contracts
- Mange Training Needs
- Manage PSiRA compliance
- Manage Yearly Medical compliance
- Manage Firearm Competency compliance
- Manage Drivers Licence compliance
- Manage members Time Sheets
- Manage Vehicle Inspections
- Manage Absenteeism
- Manage Transfers and movement of assets
- Manage File containing applicable Acts and Policies
- Manage Logistical Needs
- Manage Vehicle Fleet
- Manage Basic Finance: Client quotations, Salary queries, Overtime management.
- Compilation of client feedback report comprising of both operational and administrative issues, presented at weekly meeting.
- Ability to compile Risk Assessment and counter measures plans. Assist OPS manager with Incident Investigations.
- Basic Health & Safety: PPE requirements, Weekly Safety Toolbox Talks, Capture incidents on client computer programme,
- Monthly ALCO Testing Report, Monthly Safety Manpower Report.
- Assist Operational Manager with meeting contractual requirements and expectations of the client.
- Ensure compliance to the Company’s Disciplinary Code.
- Provides input into the development of procedures for an area within the organization, implements and monitors the implementation of those procedures.
