Tender Administrator

Provide support and administrative assistance to Tender Lead throughout tender process for all Tenders, RFQ’s, Proposals, Supplier Presentations.
- Coordinating the detailed content/ requirements to be included as part of the tender documentation
- Assist with key tender milestones in concert with tender administration processes to ensure they are accurately completed to meet deadlines
- Search for tenders in tender search portals, government, and private sector
- Attend tender briefings and report
- Buy tender documents or download tenders
- Summarize tender documents for Risk Analysis
- Complete tender documents and tender stationery
- Collate returnable documents
- Prepare resolutions
- Prepare JV agreements
- Prepare technical documents
- Prepare final document for submission
- Submit tender documents
- Manage tender correspondence in line with internal and external guidelines
- Raise potential risks and issues in relation to the tender process as necessary
- Accurate inputting of tender milestone dates into the Tender Tracking Sheet
- Support and manages tenders flowing from E-Tenders
- Manage the storing of all documentation relating to tenders on central storage, google drive
- Liaising with procurement office, do follow up on submission
- Any other duties as required.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- 1 years experience in Administration
- Knowledge of tenders
- Knowledge of relevant commercial legislation and regulations for procurement of services and goods for Utility businesses is desirable
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and remain focused
- Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills
- PC skills required: extensive use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
- Ability to work with others to ensure success in the performance of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages in a clear and sufficient manner
- Flexible with regards working in a changing environment and the ability to adjust to new work structures, processes, and requirements as necessary
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: R2,500.00 - R5,000.00 per month
