About the Role Effective ReportingDaily update of easy roster reportsInput and verify the earning reports and all other reports as requested by ManagementEffective administration and ensuring compliance with Company policies and ProceduresMaintain records and files Timely submission in accordance with deadlines Point of SaleLoading Purchase Requisitions & Creating Purchase Orders on SAPInvoice Submissions to the Accounts Payable DepartmentArranging site visits with vendors as and when requiredSubmitting new vendor documents to the Head Office as and when required Effective Stock/Stationary ControlMaintain Stationery control and ordersConduct Monthly Stock TakesAttend to Customer queries on stock-related mattersPack and capture consumablesCreate Branch Generic Emails for Cash Processing Centre ordersMake the necessary arrangements with vendors as and when require Human Resources AdministrationSubmit all HR-related documents and queries to HR AdministrationEnsure that the HR documents are filled accurately and are accessible when requiredLoad New employees on pro sync (clockings)Submit all HR-related documents and queries to HR AdministrationSubmit NBC Leave applicationsHealth & Safety Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch /region/national safety plans for each year Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks Report all safety incidents to the relevant people ∙ Discuss all safety incidents on all levels Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/ committee/representative/management Attend safety education and refresher programmes ∙Attend monthly H&S meetings and engage in reviews.Comply with safety policies and procedures at the workplaceDistribute safety information as and when required ∙ Wear protective clothing all the time Minimum Qualification & Experience Grade 12 Minimum of two years working experience in administration and HRDemonstrated experience in the compilation of reportsComputer Literacy Clear Credit and criminal record If you're ready to take on this important role and contribute to a leading cash management solutions provider, apply today Location:Pietermaritzburg, South Africa (On-site)
