**INTRODUCTION**:
An exciting opportunity has become available within the Civil Engineering industry, for a Project Administrator. The position is based in Bellville.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Grade 12 certificate
- A certificate in Administration/Computer Studies
- Minimum 5 years project administration experience
- Basic accounting clerk experience advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with
- MS Project advantageous
- Must be able to function in a team
- Must be able to function under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license will be advantageous
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Daily administrative functions and office duties as required
- Scheduling/coordinate meetings and record and distribute meeting minutes
- Filing invoices and updating cashflows
- Develop in collaboration administration processes and procedures to ensure quality control and document management through revision control
- Administer quality control and management of project information/documentation
- Maintain and update monthly progress reports, project registers, information schedules, RFI’s etc.
- Support in drafting presentations, documents, reports and the like
- Provide assistance to Project and Programme Managers as required
- Provide assistance to the Project Accountant as required
