**Job Purpose**:
The Project Coordinator will support Project Managers in the execution of projects, administrative support to the project managers and project teams.

**Key outcomes**:
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved:
**Project Coordination/Support**:

- Administrative support to allocated Project Managers and project teams.
- Co-ordination and scheduling of meetings for the project teams and the relevant stakeholders in collaboration with the respective Personal assistants.
- Minute-taking & distribution within agreed timeframes with the Project Managers.
- Project maintenance and updates of Action lists, Project plans, logging of issues, dependencies & risks for reporting and managing purposes.
- Communicate & follow up on actions and provide regular feedback to the Project Managers, e.g., daily stand-ups, Workstream check-ins etc.
- Administration for Project reporting requirements according to standards.
- Coordination and support for the Project Change Management requirements.
- Assisting with queries within and across project teams.
- Monitor key project milestone and implementation dates and follow-ups with stakeholders.

**Governance**:

- Support and follow the PMO processes
- Support to the Project Managers in the execution of the Projects in accordance with the methodology, governance & standards.
- Follow/use standards/processes/templates/filing/archiving guidelines as indicated. Involvement in company strategic projects.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- 2 - 4 years’ project administration experience preferably within the financial services industry.
- Intermediate level skill in MS Office including Excel & MS Project
