Our Group owns and operates 33 luxury apartments situated along the **Atlantic Seaboard** in the Cape Town area.
- These luxury apartments are marketed via AirBnB as well as numerous online sites.

We are looking for a vibrant person to fulfill the role of a Property Administrator, attending to the daily operations of the various luxury apartments.

**Must have a thorough understanding of the below: -**

1- Room Operations

2- Reservations

3- Housekeeping

4- Staff Rostering

5- Management and control of room inventory

6- Basic Maintenance

7- Must have an eye for detail and be able to spot any problem and solve them.

8- Must be able to multitask

9- Basic Financial background

10- Must be able to use initiative and solve problems speedily.

**Requirements: -**
- Knowledge and understanding of the Hospitality Industry
- Be an all-rounder and flexible in the daily operations
- Must have your own reliable vehicle
- Live within the area in order to travel to the various apartment sites in the event of an emergency situation

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
