Property & Finance Administrator - Cape Town

The incumbent will join a collaborative team of Property and Facilities Managers dedicated to the efficient management of a diverse national property portfolio. Our clients include a broad mix of tenants across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors, and the Property Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the seamless day-to-day operations of these assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, billing, and receipting of rent payments.
Assist with rent collection and arrears management.
Manage deposit schedules and ensure timely reconciliations.
Handle municipal accounts and communication regarding municipal fees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Manage correspondence, filing systems, and MRI / MDA processing.
Record and track meter readings across the property portfolio.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider property team.
General support to Finance Division.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Property Administrator role.
Proficiency in MRI / MDA property management software (essential).
Strong financial, administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Team player with a proactive and professional approach.
