New Business Development Executive

The ability to identify potential customers and formulate sales strategies that will result in long term relationships and profitable revenue streams will afford you a huge advantage.
Success in the role will be measured by achieving key targets related to new revenue generation, profitability and client and team satisfaction.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
A minimum of five years' experience in a NBD role
Advanced negotiation, communication, writing and organisational skills
Facilitation, team motivation and team leadership management
A proven history of managing revenue targets and forecasts
Solid attention to detail
Successful management of complex engagements in a team environment.
A strong ability to recognise new trends in the industry and leverage those opportunities that present themselves
Excellent corporate and agency contacts
Knowledge and experience of the production environment will be highly advantageous
