**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Customer Service Manager** to join our dynamic, fast-growing e-commerce team. If you thrive in an online retail environment and love delivering top-tier customer experiences, this role is for you. You'll lead our support team, ensuring customers receive quick, effective, and friendly service.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage customer support operations using **Shopify & Gorgias**:

- Handle inquiries about **orders, refunds, returns, and gift cards**:

- Investigate and resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy
- Oversee address changes, warehouse communication (Kable), and fulfillment updates
- Navigate platforms like **ShipStation & JudgeMe** for reviews and shipping labels
- Train and support a growing team of specialists

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience with **Shopify, Gorgias, and e-commerce customer service**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and **attention to detail**:

- Ability to manage returns, refunds, and fulfillment changes smoothly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: R35 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
