As a Customer Service Manager, you will oversee and lead the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient handling of all customer inquiries. Your responsibilities will include implementing and improving customer service procedures, resolving customer issues, monitoring team performance, and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure their needs are met. You will play a key role in refining the customer experience and driving operational excellence. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and the team Leadership experience in managing and motivating a team Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in retail or similar industries is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Industries Retail Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Just Pink by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
