- completing client information, data and documents
- providing expert advice on inbound calls for clarification in the event of queries
- pro-actively calling potential clients and turning leads into mandates
- having a great feeling for the customer’s needs during outbound calls for acquisition
- the digital capture, management and maintenance of documents and data pools
- comprehensive high-quality service up to absolute customer satisfaction
