The infrastructure division within Knight Piésold is expanding and currently looking for a dynamic and efficient Project Administrator to join the team in our Cape Town office. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the effective and efficient coordination and administration of engineering projects on an on-going basis.

**Minimum Requirement**:

- Matric
- 3 years project administration experience
- Certificate/Diploma in Business, Project Administration, or Management is advantageous.
- Experience in the consulting space would be advantageous.
- Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project status.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure efficient project cost control, by timeously receiving site documentation, doing weekly analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
- To complete project invoicing and billing according to project milestones.
- To coordinate activities required for projects including the implementation of specific
procedures, people, scheduling, and timesheets.
- Develop, manage, and control relevant documentation received from projects.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate and track project tasks and deliverables, ensuring that everyone involved knows what is expected of them and that deadlines are met.
- Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports for manager and relevant stakeholders, updating them on the project's progress and any challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards by conducting quality checks and reviews.
