**_Key Roles & Responsibilities: _**
- Sourcing quotations from suppliers
- Raising purchase orders (POR’s) and assisting with approvals
- Various administrative tasks ie: capturing, scanning, reporting, task tracking
- Scheduling of meetings for Project Managers
- Taking minutes / notes during meetings
- Adhoc project related admin
- **Requirements**_
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma / Degree in Project Management preferable)
- 1-2 years work experience ideally in an administrative function
- Project management experience (preferable)
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Excellent experience working with vendors and suppliers
- Able to function in a high pressure environment

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (required)
