**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric plus HR relevant Qualification and 2 3 + years relevant experience
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally, including drafting correspondence and documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a varied and demanding role with strict deadlines
- Experience in managing the administration of the full employee life cycle
- Excellent customer care, self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm
- Focussed on resolving problems and taking ownership of finding solutions.
**DUTIES**
- General HR Administration
- Supporting the HR Manager and HR Team
- Auditing of documentation
- Managed the Birthday processes
- Collating stats for reporting
- Extensive liaison with marketing
- Updating of all employee information
- Ensure all details and news around staff for the newsletter are put forward
- Manage reports on all HR items
- Coordinating training and workshops
- Ensure all job description, KPIs are up to date
- For audit purposes ensure all documentation is accurate and signed off
- Welcome packs for new employees
- Organisation of wellness days
- Assist with Ad-hoc events
