**HR Operations Supervisor (TES)**

Colven Associates is a Temporary Employment Service that provides flexible staffing solutions to clients throughout South Africa. We urgently require an **HR Operations Supervisor **at our _Cape Town _office. This position is based in Cape Town, but will have operational responsibilities in different locations in the Western Cape.

The Operations Supervisor takes full responsibility for outsourced HR functions at our client's premises, including: recruitment, induction, probation tracking, HR administration, time & attendance, discipline, collecting payroll information etc.
- Matric or equivalent;
- Above-average command of English **and** Xhosa (Understand, speak, read and write);
- Proven administrative skills;
- Above-average numeric skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to manage own time and program;
- Transparent and honest;
- High energy levels;
- Ability to recruit effectively in townships;
- Good understanding of community-based recruitment and -employment.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R7,500.00 per month
