**HR Operations Supervisor (TES)**

Associated Labour Services provides flexible staffing solutions to its clients throughout South Africa. We are currently recruiting for an _**Operations Supervisor**_ in **Cape Town** with TES experience who wants to take the next step in his career. The Operations Supervisor will take responsibility for more than one client site for:
1. Recruit workers - mostly in townships

2. Act as client liaison on site-level.

3. All HR related transactions on site-level

4. Site administration

Purpose of the position: To recruit assignees, contract with assignees, manage assignee attendance and discipline, ensure timely submission of all relevant documentation for payroll etc. Manage all human resources issues concerning assignees.

Essential Qualifications and experience:

- Matric or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- HR qualification and/or HR generalist experience would be an advantage
- TES industry experience is preferable
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R8 500,00 per month
