Payroll Administrator

The Ideal candidate will have:
- Grade 12
- VIP payroll certification obtained through VIP
- Report writing / ODBC
- 2 years’ experience in payroll / salary & wages / finance
- Good knowledge of Excel and T&A systems
- Knowledge of the Labour Relations - and Basic Conditions of Employment Act
- Computer literate
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Process and reconcile payroll New employees & Terminations
- Leave
- Deductions and adjustments
- Pay period reconciliations
- Import hours
- Mid and tax year-end reconciliations
- Management information
- Reporting month-end
