Director, Franchise Strategic Integration

Position Overview:
This leadership role is responsible for leading the development of the Franchise Unit Growth Agenda in line with the OU (Operating Unit) / System strategy and supporting the implementation of the agreed initiatives and plans in the relevant markets.
What You’ll Do for Us
1. Lead the development of the Franchise Unit Growth Agenda, including commercial and business strategies through end-to-end orchestration of strategy development for the Franchise Unit, including Moonshot ambition, Long-Range Plan (LRP), Annual Business Plan (ABP), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Coordinate the development of Moonshot Target Development, LRP, and ABP with relevant Bottlers in market, ensuring connection to market realities (e.g., Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH) and Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company (ECCBC) Group in North Africa Franchise (NAF), Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) in South Africa, or East and Central Africa Franchise (ECAF)).
- Develop annual strategic priorities for relevant markets and ensure alignment with Franchise LT and Bottling teams (Group and Local).
- Facilitate collaboration between The Bottling Group head offices and our Operating Unit function heads.
- Lead the development and alignment of a performance management system with relevant Bottlers to ensure timely delivery of strategic and tactical plans.
- Coordinate with OU strategy leads to localize the franchise LRP and ABP.
- Serve as the point of contact on strategy development and performance management between Bottlers and the OU, aligning Country teams during the process.
- Serve as the Project Management Officer (PMO) for LRP initiatives to ensure delivery on time and in full, including business case development.
2. Ensure on-time execution of all key Management Routines within the Franchise Unit.
- Partner with Franchise Unit and Operating Unit resources to lead the system end-to-end alignment process with Bottling Partners at Group level.
- Work closely with the VP of Operations for the Franchise to orchestrate routines such as Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Top to Top (T2Ts). Define agendas and topics to escalate, establish templates, consolidate materials, share pre-reads, and pre-align/pre-wire bottling partners and other key stakeholders.
- Connect the dots and share best practices, importing and exporting good ideas both locally in the OU and globally.
3. Identify actionable business and competitive insights, as well as outside-in perspectives, to strengthen strategies further.
- Pull relevant data and insights from Insights Network (Strategy Insights + Human Insights + Platform Services) across the OU and beyond to answer strategic business questions, identify granular opportunities, and create actionable initiatives at the franchise level in collaboration with country strategy leads.
- Drive insights, synthesize, and formulate impactful strategies, communicating and influencing the organization.
Requirements & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree essential.
- Masters or MBA advantageous.
- 10+ years of business and/or functional experience in Operations, Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, or Consultancy-related areas.
- Ex-consulting or Revenue Growth Management (RGM) or FMCG Strategy experience advantageous.
- Proven leadership trajectory and ability to influence a senior leadership team.
