SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to drive growth across the product stack and lead our Franchise Channel network in delivering sustainable annuity revenue streams.

Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at SavageOne Pty Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for directing the Franchise Channel in growing business opportunities and identifying strategic areas to support the organization in becoming a leader in Total Workspace solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy:** Design a strategy to drive growth across the product stack, ensuring uptake within the Franchise Channel network to build a sustainable annuity revenue stream.
  • Opportunity Identification:** Identify new opportunities and develop innovative methods to grow revenue across the product stack.
  • Performance Management:** Ensure monthly sales budgets, targets, and goals are met or exceeded, facilitating understanding of the product portfolio within the Franchise Channel.
  • Customer Support:** Drive sales revenue growth from both current and new customers, supporting Franchises in customer-facing situations to enhance understanding and capability of the product stack.
  • Deal Closure Assistance:** Assist Franchise teams at the customer level to ensure deal closures.

Profitability Focus:

  • Franchise Engagement:** Ensure Franchises are aware of and fully utilizing all initiatives, drives, and systems to maximize their benefits.
  • Financial Analysis:** Analyze and grow profitability within assigned Franchise portfolios, assessing the financial health of Franchise businesses.

Relationship Building & Networking:

  • Internal Partnerships:** Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, Franchise Holders, customers, service providers, and OEMs.
  • Collaborative Approach:** Collaborate effectively with executives, sales, finance, marketing, product, HR, service delivery, IT, and project office teams.

Requirements:

  • Education:** Minimum qualification: Matric; Business diploma or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
  • Experience:** 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the ICT environment.
  • Knowledge:** Ability to work under pressure, balance risk with business decisions, and possess strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Personality:** Self-driven, innovative, team-oriented, and motivated individual.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
