Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales System Development:
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales system aligned with company objectives.
- Establish protocols and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity within the sales department.
- Train and mentor the sales team on effective selling techniques and company policies.
2. Sales and After-sales Network Expansion:
- Identify and establish partnerships to build a robust sales and after-sales service network across South Africa.
- Ensure the availability of service centers to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
3. Sales Target Setting:
- Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets based on market trends and company goals.
- Break down targets by region and sales team to ensure clarity and accountability.
4. Sales Order Management:
- Oversee the collection, processing, and distribution of monthly sales orders from the team.
- Ensure alignment of orders with customer needs and company sales strategies.
5. Used Car Network Development:
- Design and implement strategies to expand the used car sales network, increasing market presence and profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the quality and availability of used car inventory.
6. Insurance Product Integration:
- Develop a plan to integrate and promote insurance products alongside vehicle sales.
- Partner with insurance providers to create appealing packages that benefit both the company and customers.
7. City Sales Management:
- Appoint City Sales Managers to oversee localized sales activities across different regions.
- Assign specific tasks and responsibilities to ensure regional targets are met and market share is expanded.
8. Market Benchmarking:
- Analyze and compare the companys vehicle models against competitors regarding pricing, features, and market positioning.
- Regularly update product offerings to maintain competitiveness in the South African market.
9. Sales Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze sales data from various sources, including industry reports and market research.
- Use insights from data analysis to inform sales strategies, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities.
