Job Title: Temporary Finance Administrator (6-Month Contract)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team on a temporary 6-month contract. This role reports to the Accountant and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our finance operations during a critical period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain business partner accounts.
- Reconcile business partner accounts and resolve queries.
- Prepare and distribute statements to business partners.
- Assist with internal queries related to business partners.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Maintain age analyses for accounts payable and receivable.
- Follow up on overdue accounts receivable with debtors.
- Process daily financial transactions and reconcile control accounts.
- Handle daily refunds across various payment methods.
- Assist in the creation and management of coupons.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.
- Manage daily bank uploads and reconciliations.
- Process overhead invoices and payments.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties within the finance department as required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to interpret financial statements effectively.
- Thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Pastel Evolution (advantageous).
- A BCom degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
