We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remuneration and Rewards Specialist to join our team at Isilumko Staffing.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research on trends in remuneration and identify innovative structures to enhance our compensation strategy.
- Provide ongoing intelligence on market movements and competitive threats to ensure our total rewards packages remain competitive.
- Advise on compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, and market analysis to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Lead job evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Contribute to the development of remuneration and rewards strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Design and implement incentive schemes that motivate and reward our employees.
- Define fair, equitable, and competitive total remuneration packages that meet our business needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to remuneration and rewards.
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to stay informed about industry trends.
- Assist with Organisational Development projects and initiatives that impact our remuneration and rewards practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Finance, or a related field (NQF 7).
- Registration with the South African Rewards Association (SARA) is desirable.
- In-depth experience in HRMIS, particularly Oracle, is advantageous.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Remuneration and Rewards.
- Knowledge of remuneration benchmarking and rewards policies.
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
- Understanding of relevant legislative regulations.
- Strong computer literacy, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Ability to coordinate, plan, and implement strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Networking abilities and attention to detail.
