About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Relationship Manager to join our team at Jean Fowlds Consultancy. As a Sales Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining current business relationships and seeking new accounts through sales, marketing, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Utilize market data, statistics, and trends to establish sales goals and identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Client Management: Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners to ensure maximum satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain the brand identity and online presence to grow the business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure company meets client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven work experience in customer relations and commercial sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, solid customer service attitude, and ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Personal Qualities: Honest, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
