Job Summary

Emporium is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager(B2B) to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the electronic sales space. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure team success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of the electronic sales space and ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the electronic or fire protection or security technology or ICT industry
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, including account management and sales forecasting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
